Villa Richter
At the end of the promenade at Bohaterów Warszawy Street in Międzyzdroje there is Villa Richter – built in 1908 in the style of Art Nouveau as a winter-summer residence, now carefully restored with the original condition under the supervision of the conservator-restorer. The villa was erected for a wealthy Richter family from Szczecin. Later it functioned as a state holiday resort “Rybitwa”. Currently, Villa Richter is in the hands of private owners, whose idea is to restore former splendor of the place and to create a friendly, peaceful and elegant tourist facility that will satisfy even the most demanding guests.
Villa Richter is located in Międzyzdroje, called the “pearl of the Polish Coast“. The building is located at the 3-kilometer long seaside promenade and is situated less than 50 meters from the beach. Villa Richter offers its guests holidays in a beautiful and varied landscape of the Wolin island, known for its national park with unique natural features and a clean environment.
Our facility has nine newly renovated and spacious apartments ranging from 25 m² to 64 m². We also offer delicious breakfast buffet. The building has facilities for the elderly and disabled people due to the elevator. The sun loungers are available for the guests and there is a possibility to rent bicycles. There is video surveillance in the building and outside of it. There is an unguarded car park on the premises.
