At the end of the promenade on Bohaterów Warszawy Street in Międzyzdroje stands Villa Richter – built in 1908 in the Art Nouveau style as a winter-summer residence, now meticulously restored to its original condition under the supervision of a conservator. The villa was erected for the wealthy Richter family from Szczecin. Later, it functioned as the "Rybitwa" holiday resort. Currently, Villa Richter is in the hands of private owners who aim to restore the place to its former glory and create a friendly, peaceful, and elegant tourist facility that meets the tastes of even the most demanding guests.
